Enterprise sent me a message encouraging me to check in online to "skip more paperwork" at pickup. I completed everything online—insurance selections, vehicle preferences, all rental options. When I arrived, the employee spent over 30 minutes going through every single selection again, as if I hadn't checked in online at all. She asked about all the same options I had already chosen from home. The whole point of online check-in is to save time, but it made zero difference. I might as well have skipped it entirely. If you're going to offer online check-in, staff should be trained to actually use it to streamline the process. The vehicle itself was fine, but if you value your time, don't expect the online check-in to actually speed things up at this location. Pretty frustrating when a company advertises a time-saving feature that doesn't work as promised.
