  Even though we did not purchase anything from this company, Their sales team were amazing, especially Ryan. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend visiting Camping World especially as 1st time buyers. They will go far and beyond to help you.   I had a great experience here. I have had trailers before so I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted. Our salesperson was Emily, and I would highly recommend her. She was straightforward, low pressure, and went above and beyond to ensure the timing for pickup went well.

  On Saturday January 17th, I walked into camping world in Marysville after purchasing a used 3/4 ton truck with camper mounts. The mounts were missing the extensions so I arrived at camping world for two reasons one to find out if I could get extensions. And two to inquire about several campers I had seen online. At this point, I had done my research and I was sold on which camper I’d like to buy. However, camping world was unaware. I proceeded to the parts counter first stop. My experience at the parts department was very poor when I approached a gal working at the counter. She acted like she could do nothing to help me. I would have to buy completely new mounts. Without any effort to even attempt to help other than sell me something I didn’t need. A quick search while I was at the store led me to find that I believed they were tork lift mounts and for me to visually see what the extensions look like as they were just square tubing. If the employee even tried to enter my vehicle and just showed me a picture of what could be available, identification would’ve been easy. I was so distraught at this point I decided that camping world wasn’t the place that I was going to buy my camper that day. I was able to find the extensions, relatively easy on my own, and proceeded to buy a camper outright with cash that following Tuesday from another party. I don’t typically write reviews however I felt this one was necessary as I have experience with camping world in Burlington when I owned my 2015 heartland bighorn and I found they were never helpful when I went in to the parts department. They had also been out multiple times to work on my unit and never resolve the original concerns altough I was charged significantly. I had seals replaced on my slider, knowing the exterior seals wouldn’t fix my problem. (Also to note the seals were damage from their previous repair on the bedroom slider, that they band aid together with silicone and then charge me to replace later) I understand the service industry and I own an operate an automotive repair shop. I wish and hope my customers never feel So dissatisfied when they come to our counter for repair or service. My strong recommendation is to find alternative sources for your RV needs. I’ve had good experiences with smaller outfits like Halterman RV. Where they actually take the time necessary.
