Not a great customer service experience. We came for information, and to see what they had available. The sales person we were paired with seemed rushed and very uninterested in helping us. We will look elsewhere for RVs.

Had a fantastic experience at Camping World in Marysville, WA! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed for my camping setup. The selection was impressive, and everything was well organized and easy to browse. What really stood out was the customer service — they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and even shared some helpful camping tips. The whole process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future gear and service. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their RV or camping experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🏕️🚐

I read horrible reviews about Camping World. I was actually concerned about actually shopping there. So I wanted to share my experience buying my used 2018 Lance 2375 trailer there yesterday. On 4/4/26. The good. The trailer was nice. In good condition and clean. Not detailed clean. Jeff my sales guy was great. I live 200 miles from there. So he sent me two videos and pictures of anything I wanted to see. I put a refundable deposit down. They held the trailer until the weekend. We drove 3 hours to see it. We had an 11am appointment to see it. It was as described. No major issues. No delamination or rot soft floors or similar things that I was looking for. We decided to buy the trailer. We had a 12pm appointment with finance. I had already sent Bryce all item that he requested before the appointment. I mentioned that I was going for the deal that we had agreed upon with no junk fees or additional fees. Warranty’s etc. Bryce was awesome. No pressure. Issues or frustration in Finance that I was fearful about. Great job. The bad. Campers World wants a huge sum of money to “safety check” or “go through the shop” for testing. If you are experienced or have some rv knowledge. You can check most things yourself. If you’re not experienced then the 2k fee might work for you Overall Jeff and Bryce were friendly. Prompt. Professional. And really easy to work with. My first experience with Camping World was better than I had expected.

I am updating this review because the Service Manager contacted me personally and told me that after reviewing all of the information from our interaction he felt that they had not provided me with the level of service that they want to give to their customers and he made the situation right. Everyone makes mistakes and when a company is willing to admit to an error and seeks to get better I have to give them credit for that. Thanks Mike for working to set things right. Be very careful with the service department! I took my trailer in because I had uneven wear on the tires and I suspected that there was an issue with the leaf springs or the axles. The description that THEY wrote on the work order was, "Customer states that the REAR AXLE tires are bald on the inner tread. Would like us to inspect BOTH axles." The work order then states the cause as, "Inspected and found backing plates and drums are bad". They charged me $200 to "inspect axles" (per the work order) as well as replacing all of my brakes and wheel bearings. Additionally, they replaced a leaf spring equalizer, the axle shackle plates, and leaf spring bushings with no explanation of how they were impacted by the reported cause of bad backing plates and drums. After less than 5K miles of travel the same rear tire had the same abnormal wear. I took it in to have it checked again and the service rep stated that he had discussed the situation with the service manager and they felt that they had corrected the problem they identified (not the problem I reported) and if the problem persisted then it was likely due to axle misalignment, a bent axle, or a bent spindle and that I would have to take it to a specialty shop that could do a 4-wheel alignment on the trailer, none of which they had the capability to do and they were not willing to even verify if the work they completed had contributed to the reoccurrence of the problem. I took the trailer to another shop (with no special alignment equipment) and they determined (with a straight edge) that the rear axle was bent. They replaced the entire axle assembly, which included the brakes and wheel bearings, for half what I was charged for an ineffective repair. When I left Camping World's service department the last time I told them that they were likely to be letting my business leave their shop for the last time and they weren't concerned at all. That is why I highly recommend extreme caution when choosing to have work done by this shop.
