  I had two cars that needed the serpentine belt changed. They did on my first car just fine. When I took the second car in they told me I did not need to change the belt. It looked good and could go another 20,000 miles. I appreciated this information with him not just doing the work and charging me because I thought it needed to be done. Not only that they did not charge me for the inspection for even determining what the condition was. Also, in talking with them about doing oil changes, I found out it was cheaper than to do it with them than it was with Valvoline so I highly recommend They’ve been very good and upfront about everything they do and I feel like I trust him and I feel they’re competent and when it comes to diagnosing problems on cars.

  This is without a doubt the most honest auto shop I’ve ever worked with. I’m a real customer, not a bot, and I just picked up my 2015 Ford Expedition this morning. I dropped the vehicle off first thing in the morning and let them know I needed it back by 11:00 so I could get back to work. Not only did they do the job better than I expected, they actually had it finished even earlier. Bobby at the front desk is legendary—great communication, professional, and clearly cares about the customer experience. The fact that it’s an employee-owned business really shows in the way they treat people and the quality of their work. I’d recommend Automotive Experts to every single person I know, and I’m not kidding. I obviously don’t want my car to need more work, but when it does, this is absolutely where I’ll be bringing it. Genuinely one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Thank you everyone at Automotive Experts.

  These guys are really the best. Not only do they have the best prices in the area, they do really care. I took my Audi in for my front wheel bearings that needed replacement. A week or so later, I noticed this shaking when driving at highway speeds and moderately braking. I took my car back in and they helped figure out what was going on (nothing to do with the wheel bearings). It took a few test drives, but they were determined to figure out a solution for me, and worked with me on the pricing as well, all while being flexible with me on scheduling. Plus they always let you drop your car off the night before! Really great place and people and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
