- MBMichelle Barrett1 day ago5.0Whenever I go to get my car serviced, I’m treated with such great hospitality. This visit, I arrived one hour early for my scheduled service. I commute an hour and 20 minutes to get to the dealership and never know with traffic. The service person got my car in early and I was able to get back on the road! Also , the lounge area is very comfortable to work in while I wait.
- DTDiwakar Thapa1 day ago1.0I am very disappointed with Volvo overall. I contacted dealer and the Volvo. I am treated very badly. In 3 years, the XC 40 charger stopped working. I had to pay $1300 to replace it. What a BS. Called Volvo several times to complain but they won’t listen to me. Very Stupid. Never recommend to buy Volvo to anyone.
- CCCharlesApr 24, 20265.0I've owned a Volvo S80 since 1999. While I did most the maintenance,I left the timing belt to Sandburg Volvo. Ran flawlessly till the CEM went bad. Let it go with 240,000. Now I own/bought a 2018 S60 used with 78,000 mile on it. I took it in for servicing for a new battery. I believed my car had no scratches or dings in a area I had pointed out on it to show the service manager. The conversation was subject to , I this and you that to my car. I WAS WRONG! Brian Fetters, the service manager, reviewed their camera footage and low and behold dings and scratches were already there. Who would have thunk! Me, that's who! In closing I would like to express my sincere apologies to the good people at Sandburg Volvo, keep up the good work.

We attempted to call the service department three separate times, with three voicemails. No response. They had my car- and no communication outside of text messages. Also, met with attitude from one of the service ladies once we arrived. Ready to sell my car and take my business elsewhere. What a disappointment.

Isaac and Chris were fantastic and really gave us all the help and info we could ask for. It was our first time driving, let alone purchasing an EV. Everything was very smooth and pleasant and again, we absolutely love our new Volvo! We will highly recommend your business and will be back in the future. Thanks again!
