They have a good team working here, they even brought me a water bottle while I was waiting, think that’s a first more me. I didn’t used to like Jiffy Lube for one reason or another, but the friendliness of the staff on my past couple visits is really winning me round. Only thing is the cost, I don’t know if it’s reasonable or not, but I don’t hold that against the staff, everything is expensive nowadays, so if I’m gonna have to pay a lot of my money the least a business can do is offer friendly and reliable service, and they delivered. Thanks you guys!

- CZChris ZimardoApr 6, 20263.0A lot of wasted labor here. These kids that work here act like it’s just a hangout, while customers watch wondering if they should leave and go elsewhere. The only guy doing their job from what I can tell is Zack. He had to leave his bay one to jump on bay two, due to the guys that brought my truck in bay two disappeared. The guys underneath seam to be disappearing as well. Pretty much a joke. If I didn’t have a fleet account here, I wouldn’t come here ever. Give that Zack guy a raise. He’s the only one working hard at this location, Lynnwood 164th.
