  Gerber collision has been great. I never expected taking my truck to a body shop to be a “pleasant” experience, but to my surprise it was with Gerber! The Capitol Hill location closer to my house didn’t have the equipment for my specific issue, but helpfully referred me up to the Mountlake Terrace shop. They were super friendly, efficient, and affordable. Gerber will definitely be my first stop for any future needs!

  Service was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with it was extremely professional, polite, and friendly. The vehicle repair process was seamless. Realistic expectations for the repair timeline were set at the outset. Plus, the rep handling my case kept me in the loop every step of the way. I highly recommend this location.
