Our salesperson Ozzy was attentive and thorough. He made sure we test drove every option so we could confidently decide on the right configuration before placing our factory order directly through Volvo. Throughout the wait, he kept us regularly updated on the progress of our order and made the pickup process incredibly seamless. By the time we came in to sign paperwork, everything was already taken care of. Working with DJ in financing was equally impressive. He proactively communicated our options ahead of our pickup appointment, so there were no surprises and no pressure, just a smooth, straightforward process. Shortly after we arrived, our XC90 was freshly washed and ready to go. The whole experience felt genuinely customer-first at every step. We absolutely love our new car and are proud to be part of the Sandberg Volvo family. If you're in the market for a Volvo, we can't recommend this team highly enough. Ask for Ozzy!

He was super awesome and helpful, he gets a 5 star from me! He made a small mistake while touring me and another salesman rudely came up and interrupted us and reprimanded and scolded him for it right in front of me, made me extremely uncomfortable. That’s no way to treat a new employee who’s just trying to learn the ropes let alone right in front of his customer. Super disappointed that Volvo would allow this kind of behavior, especially in front of a potential buyer.

They were able to fit me in quickly and the day of the service they were super helpful and great to work with. The showroom and waiting area were clean and well stocked. I was appreciative of the kids play room they had. It was very clean and had plenty of toys to keep my little one entertained for the 1-2hrs we were there. Would highly recommend!
