She listened carefully to my concerns, addressed every issue, and made sure my car was returned in excellent condition. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend!

We began conversing with him via text weeks before our personal visit. Upon meeting with him December 28th in hopes to purchase a Volvo, he heard our criteria and helped to find a vehicle aligned with our needs. Mo was kind and patient as we navigated setting up the technological aspects of the car to personal telephone devices. We would certainly recommend friends and acquaintances to Sandberg Volvo and Mo, especially.
- KKKateDec 29, 20251.0AVOID this Dealership! If I could leave negative stars I would. Posting this letter I sent to Sandberg in 2023. Scott Johnson did nothing to resolve this matter. So I am posting this letter that he and the GM ignored as a review and warning to all to avoid Sandberg like the plague. Aug-2023 email to Sandberg Volvo Hi Scott, This issue regarding my check engine light was unfortunately never resolved. My check engine light was never fixed after a call from the GM. During the call he told me I should have taken the car to a service provider that handles older cars instead of Sandberg. I came there to simply get an estimate on fixing my trunk lock and left with the check engine light on after Jim damaged my car during a complimentary diagnostic that he did not know how to perform on an older Volvo model that is not computerized. It is a 2002 S60 with a manual transmission. I should have been told by Dave the service manager that they could not do a proper diagnostic check before attempting it. Damage was done and not addressed by Dave. The GM said he would send me something in the mail but that never happened. I have no idea what he was planning to send. I just wanted to let you know the issue was never resolved.
