Kevin knew I was leaving town and made sure I was able to pickup my new vehicle before I left. Kevin went above & beyond to make us feel important and valued during the whole experience. The experience was so easy and everyone there is friendly and accommodating. I can tell the people there enjoy being there and making customers happy. Buying a NEW car is a huge decision and I never felt any pressure. Kevin allowed me to take my time and go at my own pace. Because we had such a great experience, my husband is going to come back and buy another car from Kevin Grady. I also feel like I will be taken care of when I come back for services etc. Chris & Bruce were both excited to show me all of the bells & whistles for delivery. I’m looking forward to working with them too!
- EHEric Hartman6 days ago5.0Sandberg Volvo was on it! My recent used 2015 XC70 T6 from Burlington Used Cars was not representative of the mechanical condition they provide. All of the brake sensor and front brakes calipers and rotors were knackered!! I wanted to put this T6 back to original brake and speed sensors. A 150 thousand mile service on the Volvo and an optimized polestar software Addition! Thank you so much, Natalie Simpson, service advisor and mechanic Kyle. The Volvo runs amazing! Eric

I'm blown away by the pricing and service, my advisor was Natalie(if I'm not wrong) and I didn't even felt that welcomed at the dealership where I bought my car from. You really really feel the difference of a family owned business here. Keep going guys, keep serving the community, we need more fair businesses like this.
