  I had a great oil change experience. My customer service liaison Linea (sorry about the spelling) was so informative and friendly. Fast and thorough service. Informative not pushy. Would recommend!!

  After 3 hours waiting here and checking my truck he told me we can’t make it ( oil change) I take my truck and leave but I hear 👂 noises and something broke in my truck I asked Mr Vail he told me we don’t care Note: My truck new Don’t trust this location

  I came in on Saturday January 24th at 2:00pm in hopes of getting my moms car a simple oil change. Due to limitations, she would not be able to wait there for her car to be worked on, so I checked with them if it was ok to leave the location while the service happened. I was assured that yes this was fine, gave my information, and double checked: just because we were leaving would our spot in line change? I was assured that we would still be helped in the order we arrived. I took note that a maroon Dodge truck pulled up in line behind my moms car. We left and enjoyed lunch nearby, coming back at 3:15. When we were pulling in, I noticed that the maroon truck that had come after us was just pulling out of the bay, seeming to be done with their service. I thought, "OH! What perfect timing!" (logical, right? The car that arrived after me just finished, so my vehicle should be done too!) Wrong. The mechanic I spoke to at 2 o'clock saw me pull up and had a look of panic on their face. That told me my mom's vehicle was forgotten about. I speak with the same mechanic, and they assure me that they were going to go put my mom's car to the front of the queue, and it would only be 15-20 minutes more, MAX. This mechanic was going on lunch but claimed they would let everyone else know that our car needed to be next. We go and drive around a bit more (restless mother and 3 year old in the car, couldn't just sit there), come back at 4:00pm, 2 hours from initially dropping of the vehicle. MY MOMS CAR WAS STILL IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT. A different mechanic came over to check in with me and I explained the situation. He was so sorry, he remembered something being said about a car that should have gotten in. He expected me to continue waiting for it to get complete. I was at two hours of waiting at this point. I asked what they could do for me next time I was able to clear my schedule to bring my mom's car in, as I was not going to wait any longer. He said they would make sure to do it right away next time. I should not have been told that my car would still be honored in line if I was leaving the premises if that was not the case. I would have rather been told that no, that was not acceptable and I would have gone about my day happily. But I was hoping to get an oil change, which did not happen. I will NOT be coming back to this location.
