What a fantastic experience! Excellent customer service is a rare attribute for a business, especially among collision and glass providers. My exposure to a competitor of Gerber last year left a poor taste in my mouth, but it feels like the industry has been reformed by the Lynnwood team at Gerber Collision and Glass. Joshua Affre was patient, carefully explaining the process and adroitly setting expectations even when delivering tough news. Fi is fantastic! She is welcoming and eager to assist, welcome customers, or answer questions. A special shout out to Adrianna on her first day helping me figure out the Keurig Machine. I highly recommend this group of professionals when you need them.

Listen UP folks. There’s no where else you need to go. I got into a hit and run that left some minor damage. Mainly it was paint from the other car and a small dent or two. I was in a bad mood cause this was going to cost me $1500 buT THEN the guy doing the estimate said he could get the other car’s paint off of my car fOR FREE. ZERO MONEY. Who says no to free? Not me. And he absolutely delivered (Shoutout Marcus). After he was finished you could barely tell I got hit. I still have the dent, but cars don’t stay new forever, am I right? Yes. And you will be too when you choose this place for your repairs. They’ll give you all of your options and do whatever they can to help. 10/10 I’m recommending them to all of you right now.
