- TTTyler TullockDec 31, 20255.0My wife’s Tesla had some scratches on the rear trunk lid where the garage door had come down on the trunk. Tyler at elite did an amazing job scheduling us in the very next day for a quick 20 minute appointment that they didn’t even charge us for and the trunk lid looks like new I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely be bringing all of our cars back in the future when they need bodywork of any kind. Thanks elite you guys are amazing.

On the day I dropped the car off, Emilio drove me five miles to my rental car; everyone kept me in the loop re: parts ordered and completion time. When I picked the car up, in addition to the expert repair of door and lock, the car appeared to have been washed, detailed and polished! Over and beyond.. special shout out to Amanda, Melissa, Emilio and anyone else that helped out!
