I swear Jack was typing in the part descriptions before our broken parts even touched the counter! They were not in stock at this location, but he found them both 2 mi down the road. I want Jack behind the counter of every parts store I ever walk into from here on out!!

I came in to be difficult on a past purchase to repurchase with deal and added a product, the computer was being slow and I felt bad that the employee felt bad, so we chatted and then tried my receipt (on my phone from my online order, strongly encourage this!), and it worked out, he worked so hard to literally help me save like $10. I also then had to pick up a heftier item specific to my car, turns out it wasn’t stocked and it was still back in the overstock room, and then this man had to go journey to the back for me. He found it and showed me the product to make sure it was good. I really appreciated him and the other younger employee working with him. It was 40 minutes to close and they were suddenly slammed. They were both beyond nice and genuinely even the costumers were all chatting and laughing. What a great example of good people, creating a great environment. All my rounds of applause 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I was thinking about getting this cheaper starter for my Honda and saw a lot of bad reviews about it and was deciding on whether to get it or not and also asked the worker who explained to me that they were crap just like the reviews said and he was able help me get the right starter even though it was quite a bit more expensive. It sucked having to spend a bunch of money but it's nice having the satisfaction knowing that this starter will last and that it also comes with a lifetime warranty.
