- FAFrankie AgpaoaNov 6, 20251.0I had gotten a vape from this store and walked out to open it in my car and to find it broken had juice all over it and dint work at all so I walked back in to get a new one or get my money back just for them to tell me that they can’t return it and then I would have to come back the next day when the manager was there so I come back the next day and they said that the manager wasn’t there that I’d have to come back again at 8 AM. I come to the store at nine. They told me that the manager wasn’t there and that she was. most likely going to tell me that she can’t return it and that had to come back an hour later remind you, I also have the receipt and this is going on three times now I have had to go back and then keep telling me that I can’t return it by law they have to take damage Product so now I have to go through the whole process to file a complaint all because they can’t just give me a new one or my money back

The lady that was working there today, when I had told her I did not want the JoJo's and I just wanted the three chicken strips she said that they were in the bottom of the box. I handed her a $20 bill and got $2 back. I'm used to the redhead working there who is pretty cool but the one that was working there today on October 19th sunday, was not very pleasant to me

She is the one that is always out ordering products, anyways she is a very nice lady always makes my day when I come in. 2 months ago I had just got a vehicle haven't had one for a very long time was having problems with my card at the pump I forget those pumps didn't like PayPal before I could turn around she was out there seeing if I was having issues she's always goes above and beyond for me. There need to be more people like her. She will know who I am I drive a silver Nissan titan loud stereo, lol
