I recently moved from Vancouver, WA, and I wanted to know whether I would have the same exceptional customer service that I have enjoyed for the past 12 years at the Fourth Plain, Vancouver, location. Josh McFarland, Regional Manager, is the real deal. When I contacted him about needing a rental in Longview, he assured me that his Branch Manager, Alvaro Melcher, was the best and would take care of me. Two rentals later in Longview, I couldn't agree more - Alvaro and his team are amazing! The cleanliness and attention to detail of the cars they have on their lot, along with their exemplary customer service, is wonderful! Everyone working with Alvaro is an A-Team employee, which is really hard to find these days! I highly recommend going to Enterprise in Longview for all of your rental car needs. And if you're in Vancouver, go to any location - under Josh's leadership, you can't go wrong!
