  No one knows what’s going on in service and they’re all rude and unhelpful. I could go on and on. I was misled about the paint warranty and what it will cover. Pointlessly drove my vehicle to tricities for a cut and buff which accomplished nothing. Blake Bruun spoke down to me like a child on two different occasions and threatened to kick me off the property with absolutely no care as to why I was less than happy. He has a nasty personality. After spending 4500 on a new awning, it did not work. I gave them three more weeks to fix it and when I called to see if the awning was fixed I was told they didn’t know what I was talking about! No idea why my vehicle was there, apparently. Then they decided instead of solving the issue they’d be upset that I was upset and escalate things so they wouldn’t have to explain the gross incompetence. Sandy Summers is awful. She couldn’t find the work order then treated me like I was the problem. Can’t do her job. Do not buy anything from here!

  Bryanna is the best person to do business with. She knows how to run a sales team. I had a pleasant experience with Bryanna. All staff are Very professional. The bathrooms are shiny and clean as well as the rest of the establishment. highly recommend!

  I just purchased Jayco 20' trailer from Camping World Spokane Valley. The sales Person, Dana Peite, was one of the best I've worked with in my many years on this earth. He made everything easy and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. He helped right up to the minute I left the lot, always there, always available. Then when it came time for finance and the many extras one can buy, Scott Schiedler was great, got me the best rate and term, no pushy sales, just made me aware of what is available as fas as coverage , warranties, sealants, etc. Allowed me to make my decisions without pressure. Thanks everyone!

  If they have something you want and it is marked down. Go get your own financing and pay cash at their listed price. Otherwise you are going to pay full price and then some with their in-house 15% fixed financing rate. We would have been happy to go to the bank or even pull out the credit card that has a better rate but they went around the back door so much, avoided being upfront and honest that the insult out weighed the need to purchase today. It was an unfortunate experience.

  Called to see if they had a fifth wheel my dad was interested in. They did so we went and looked at it and walked through and instantly wanted to sell it wanted to do numbers. Was super pushy then rude when he said no he’s just looking around. The tone definitely changed. Now and since they will not stop calling!!! I have told them over half a dozen times this is not my dads number and he’s no longer interested please stop calling! Months later and they are still calling me. Unreal!
