  First time to rent a car from anywhere honestly and Enterprise was absolutely amazing everyone there was really helpful and friendly, my experience was awesome.💯❤️

  I made a reservation with Enterprise Rent-A-Car the day before because I needed a vehicle first thing in the morning for a work-related event. When I showed up, I was told the vehicle I reserved wasn’t available. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience—it directly affected my ability to run my business. I had a strict timeline to pick up inventory from storage and prepare for a market the next day. The only solution offered was a vehicle at 5 PM, which didn’t work since my storage unit closes at 7 PM. That left me with no practical way to load my inventory and get ready in time. A reservation should mean something—especially when customers are relying on it for work. Instead, I was left scrambling last minute to find another solution and deal with unnecessary stress that could have been avoided with better planning and communication. If reliability matters to you, this experience is something to seriously consider.

  DO NOT LEASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I got a jeep there less than a year ago. And I PAID for the warranty. Both my batteries in the jeep are dead my jeep wouldn’t start the auxiliary box or whatever is done the tread on my tires no good and I Had to have my jeep towed just to be told I have to spend almost 1000 dollars and they wouldn’t give me a rental car resulting in me missing two days of work. I go up to the enterprise clearly upset and these people dont even know what they’re talking about. Stating they do not cover batteries all while only covering one battery and not the other. Please please just go to a regular dealership. This was a terrible experience. Terrible mistake. Definitely looking for a lawyer. I was swindled and there was no compensation nor compassion. Literally don’t do it.

  There is only one company in my opinion who puts their customers first and as soon as a customer walks the their door they can already feel they matter just by the way they are greeted and recognized. In this ever changing environment of ours it’s so refreshing to know that there is one industry leader one company that established and maintains it’s record of excellence above all the rest. The name Enterprise of Lakewood Washington is that company because the seriously put their customers first and for this reason alone they have established themselves as the number one company in their field. Ricky Bobby once said “if your not first then your last” Enterprise Rental Cars “You guys Rock”. So proud to be a loyal customer of a company that goes out of their way to putting their customers in the pole position.
