  They use to provide a good quality expedient maintenance, but they have done something to lose me and my friends as customers. Over my mirror typically hangs a cheap shitty pair of foam dice that my dad bought me. They're sentimental, and I brought the car to moose and found the dice clipped and cut down. Looked like they burnt the string. I let it slide seeing as I figured it could be excused as the dice rotting up on my old hunk of junk cars rearvier mirror and naturally falling off. Whatever. My friend, who also goes to moose regularly, bought me a new pair because they're cheap so why not. Next time i took it there they were on the floor in the back, but this time they were undamaged. It's fine, they're big and in the way during a test drive, I get it, im not bothered. I just brought my car in again and got it back only to find that once again they have clipped my dice. This time there is no fray, no burn mark, nothing. Just a sheer edge where the string was cut. Once is a coincidence, twice is intentional. If I cannot trust them to take care of a shifty cheap pair of fuzzy dice then I cannot expect them to care for my vehicle no matter how worn down it is. Me and my friends will have no choice but to seek business elsewhere, which is a shame as they do good work outside of these incidents. I don't know if its because the car is old and junky, or if I am having them do the work instead of doing it myself, but its unacceptable and a subtle sign my money is unwelcome despite me always paying on time and being a polite customer. I cannot do most of the work that my car needs myself, I am disabled and in constant pain that requires heavy medication to subside. I am also busy as a full time college student, where am i supposed to take my classic car if most dealerships won't touch it due to its age? Not moose.

  Ladies!!! If you’re looking for a mechanic shop you can trust, come here! I had my car break down several hours from home and ended up at this shop by chance, and I’m genuinely so grateful I did. What could’ve been one of the most stressful days turned into a surprisingly positive experience because of how kind and caring everyone here is. The entire team made me feel safe, respected, and looked after. They explained what was going on with my car in a way that made sense, and were incredibly honest about my options. They even went above and beyond when I ended up being stuck there for FIVE hours, offering to take me to find food, letting me meet their adorable pups, and make myself at home in their very comfy lobby. It really felt like a “girl dad” mechanic shop, the kind of place where you can show up alone, stressed, and still feel completely safe and taken care of. And to be clear, they treat everyone well, not just women, but if you’re a woman who’s ever been talked over at a mechanic, this place is different. I can’t recommend them enough. If you want honesty, kindness, and people who actually care, this is where you go.

  Its annoying they used an IMPACT on my wifes oil drain plug. Now I cant change the oil with my free time. If you DIDNT use an impact this is still incredibly too far tightened. Its 30ft lbs of force, I know this is way too much. Also brought the car in 2 times for an AC repair, got charged about $250 and still dont have AC.
