    Renting was quick and easy! They provided us with an excellent vehicle for our cross country road trip! Customer service was awesome also, we will definitely use this branch again.

    The only thing that was good was the offering of pick up and drop off. This was helpful as I rented while my car was at the auto body shop. I had to extend multiple times as my car repairs were delayed. One of the reps I had to deal with was not listening to what I was telling her and her poor communication made me deal directly with corporate instead for subsequent extensions. Won’t be back as I’d rather rent elsewhere and pay for a Lyft, even though that would cost me more to not deal with the frustration. I’d suggest you don’t call them at the Tacoma office but deal with the corporate number if you do use them.

    Good customer service. Despite the busy crowd and people in need the Staff greet you with a smile and do their best to get you in and out with a rental car or returning one.     My girlfriend and I showed up this morning because she needed a vehicle for the day for her military drill she is here for. The CSR behind the counter told her that she wouldn't be able to rent to her without proof of residency if she uses her debit card. If she used a credit card, it would be fine. Well she doesn't have a credit card. It seems odd to Me that My girlfriend needed to provide proof of residency when her DRIVER LICENSE is from Washington State and has a Washington State address on it for a house that she still owns, but we do our best to comply. After trying to find proof that she is who she says she is, including even trying to use her LES, it STILL wasn't enough. The CSR didn't even try to help in any way, she just kept stating the "policy" (This part will be important later), and even went as far as turning her computer screen and showing My girlfriend that because her address doesn't have a green bubble next to it on the screen, Enterprise can't verify her address, so she needs to prove it. So, after trying to provide all this and failing, we bailed. Guess what? After she gets to Camp Murray and meets up with her commander, they decide to try a different location. This is where the "policy" that the CSR kept stating comes in: As it turns out, per ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR POLICY, active duty military doesn't require additional proof with a debit card. She was able to get a vehicle at that location without a hassle. So, one of three things happened here: 1. Your CSR in question doesn't know your policies and requires coaching or retraining. 2. She has something against military service members. 3. Both of the above. Normally, I wouldn't think someone is discriminating against a military member, but she didn't even try to help. Like, at all. Couldn't even be bothered to ask a manager. And I can only see the above reasons being why. We didn't get loud, rude, or anything. Which is the most upsetting part. If it wasn't discrimination, then she needs to be coached and retrained, because that policy is apparently well known according to the other location, and she definitely didn't seem like she could have been bothered to help the situation at all even if she did know the policy. By far one of the worst experiences renting a vehicle I've ever seen.
