  Earlier I stopped by this AutoZone in Lakewood off of Bridgeport and came in with air leaking out of my tire and a man helped me and I wish I would have gotten his name but he had a Prosthetic leg. I was about to buy a can of fix a flat but instead he recommended getting that I get the tire plug kit. I didn't know how to plug hole in a tire because I have never done that before. He showed me how to install the plug by having me do it which was awesome and will start going to this AutoZone every time I need a part for my car considering that I often have to work on my vehicle often. Thanks for having such a helpful employee that takes care of his customers very well. I will start buying my parts from this AutoZone location for now on.

  Went in for a routine headlight replacement. I couldnt get the darn headlight out but upon entering the store Chris didnt hesitate to identify my needs, locate the part and offer to help install it. He came out with tools and popped out the old one and replaced it lickity-split. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. Thank you Chris. I'll definitely be coming back when my other headlight goes out soon. Haha. This was at the Lakewood, WA location.

  This location doesn’t honor any returns, staff said otherwise but came in on another day and was told no? Don’t appreciate being lied to and wasting my time.

  Wanted to thank Chris from this location for taking the time to search for the part I was looking for. After his shift ended, he even went outside to check up on me during installation off the clock. Appreciate your help & commitment to the community. L

  I left the store without purchasing anything because I did not find the product that I needed for my vehicle. I was followed out by a manager accusing me of stealing when I didn't even touch anything on the shelf. This is what the thieves have done to the honest people in the world.
