When I got to autozone I discovered there was a covering that blocked access to the headlight. Distraught I sought help, Mac was ready. He explained the purpose of the covering, placed both headlights with ease, and gave me the best deal a lady could ask for. Mac is the man!

- MSMonica ShoemakerNov 12, 20255.0This review is coming in so late and I want to apologize to Mackenzie for that. A big life loss happened and I have been mentally shut down for a bit. But, I made a promise and intend to keep it, as I am honestly so grateful for the service, attentiveness and willingness to volunteer time and labor to helping me with my very difficult headlights. Mack (I believe store manager?) was friendly, quick to respond, and stayed late to make sure it was done correctly for me. I had just come from another Auto Zone, and was told there that I would have to take my car to the Kia dealership to have my car taken apart in the front to change the bulbs of my headlights, and I knew that was incorrect. The gentleman at that store was convinced that it couldn't be done by hand. Once I made it to Mack, there was no question that it could be done. He wouldn't accept payment for the work he did, and I really am just thankful to know there's hard workers there that do genuinely care about the well-being of their customers and their vehicles. Thank you again, Mackenzie, you really pulled through for me!
