    The staff of the Lacey Collision Center location is superb and have always been remarkably accommodating for me. "We'll pick you up" service is the only way I can do it and they have made it great for me as a frequent rental user for work travel! Exceptional!

    horrible place to rent a vehicle, management is incompetent beware there employees suck. I’m persuing legal council. you think you your going to charge me for something that I didn’t do. not only am I going to sue you for a broken windshield I’m gonna sue you for harassment. I’m going to make sure this one hurts. customers beware. shop around don’t waste your time or money. I’ll update my posts as this proceeds.

    The staff I always work with are awesome, and somehow have always comes through to save me from my accident prone (not the cars), unfortunate, no sense of timing, and "if I had any luck it would be bad luck" self. Thanks for being awesome team Enterprise Lacey!
