Got there as they opened they started the usual inspection etc… well when I left my car started making a odd noise I looked under the car and they didn’t secure the bolt, so i went back and made them tighten the plug. Left again and when i got home i checked and they did not top off all the fluids. When you spend $100 plus on an oil change, id hope they would do a better job making sure that everything is done properly and complete everything as expected and shown for what is included. I know they didn’t bother with checking the air filter either because when I looked at that, it definitely should have been changed out. I’ve been here before and they did great. Was it a lack of care or laziness? Newbies that are unsure of what to do? Do I chance going back?

And usually every third oil change will have some type of issue. The last one was after our truck had been serviced here 3000 miles later I go to do the service myself and the oil filter is about two turns from falling off. Time before that was oil drain plug. Go here if you want an oil leak.
