  If I could give zero starts I would. I reserved a 26ft refer truck 60 days in advance, I had a quate and confirmed reservation. I spoke with the rental office 5 times over the 69 days to ensure everything was ok and good for a wedding we were planning. This company called 2 days before pick up fat to confirm with me, I confirmed and everything was good to go. They then called me and said that they didn't have a truck I needed a CDL and a business to rent the 26-foot reefer van I told them I have a business and a CDL and then they came up with another excuse that they didn't have the truck I asked him if they had a smaller truck they didn't even have a smaller truck available. I asked him how they were going to fix this and they told me that they are sorry and I could call another company, mind you this is one day before the wedding and now I have to find a new reefer truck but this company failed to provide after being reserved 60 days in advance a complete failure of this rental company and lack of responsibility and caring for the customers was unbelievable this is the worst business I've ever dealt with and like I said if I can give them zero stars I would.
