They left my car with almost no water/antifreeze in the radiator or overflow tank. They were trying to over charge me from the begining telling me that the cheapest oil change was $80 which was incorrect. From the original $80 oil change I was quoted $24.99 for the filter but when they came to tell me my charges and cost they said $240. So I told them no on the lightbulb and I didn't want the oil change I would go to Valvoline where I have never paid more than $100 and that is with extras included and the man said okay. And then another guy came over and told me too late they already drained the oil. A man comes to me and tells me there is a huge oil leak. That's awfully odd since my mechanic friend was just looking at my car yesterday checking my belts and fluid levels and he didnt see anything. Anyways I get the printout and it says I had a full tank of oil. So I ask how do I have a full tank of oil but a huge oil leak. The man said someone must have filled it. You mean someone filled it while I was sitting right here? So then they put my old oil back into my car and still charged me $120. When I went to pay a man gave me $10 off. I am so upset I don't know why guys think it's okay to try to overcharge a female or jack up the price or make more problems then originally. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I never write a bad review I get it people have off days but the whole crew??? Come on
