Chatted easily with everyone like I’d been there a 100 times. They were thorough with their inspection and even came in to give me a visual of the fluids, letting me know that I was good to go on those still and that I did not need to replace anything today besides the oil, which made me feel good that they weren’t trying to take advantage of me like so many places do. Fresh coffee, clean bathroom and a warm place to sit and wait. The whole appointment took maybe 20-25 minutes from drop off to roll out. I hear this place is under new management.

I had a feeling that my engine may have had some extra gunk in it as its been an issue for me in the past. She identified that as well and provided some options with clear explanation as well as recommended an additional place where I could take my vehicle if it was too spendy here. I ended up having them do the engine flush as well as I was already on board with their transparency. It ended up being under $200 for both the flush and oil change and my Echo is running so much better now. I highly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube because of Tayla's transparency and great work ethic! An additional coworker of hers also double checked the price and saved me an additional $20 but I didn't catch his name. Props to both of them!
