- BCBrooke ColbertNov 9, 20251.0the girl with black hair and an attitude was extremely rude. i came in needing a new battery for my cars keyfob, she takes my key without saying a word and begins to open it. she then looks at me and says “1632” and pointed at the card reader at the next desk. unknowingly i try reading my card thinking that was the price for the new battery. she then comes over and says “right there, you wanted a new battery right?” i go “ohhhh” as i didnt realize she was referring to the batteries hanging up to my right and she was referring the battery “1632” she looks at me and goes “are you sure…” condescendingly because i didnt immediately grab the battery. it then got bery quiet as my husband went “wow” to her rude attitude. she then hands me my reciept and keys without saying a word. she is bad for business

Went to the store twice on two different days was helped by the assistant manager twice and she couldn't find the part. Came in the third time it was recieved on the day I went into the store originally. A transport individual found it. I would've came back if I wasn't lied to by the ASM. 3 stars for providing great service before that.
