  Sold me lights that both went bad within 7 to 8 months and made it as hard as possible to get replacements or my money back. I had to go directly through the manufacturer. Not only that but they didn't charge it to my account so I couldn't get the receipt I needed. Never coming to Autozone again, O'Reilly has been infinitely better

  A long standing AutoZone customer, who on my last 2 visits has received awful customer service from the gal with brown hair. Won’t be going back to this location.

  I’m on an emergency trip from Alaska to Kentucky. I stopped at Auto Zone to buy a hitch cargo basket. I have no tools with me. Casey put the hitch basket together, helped me put it on and strap my totes on. He was so very kind and helpful. I can tell that your team is absolutely amazing! They are all team players. Thanks Casey and team for your kindness and help.
