  Went in today to get bolts and clips and make sure they had the right ones for my bumper. He said they didn't have any 10 mm bolts. Then I asked about clips. He showed me where they sell them in individual packets and when I asked for a retainer clip set he said they don't have it and can't look up parts. I ended up finding a set on my own after he said they didn't have it and said they can't look up parts. Just leave the "Men only" sign outside where it's legible and in plain sight. He was rude and unhelpful and seemed to only want to hang out with his friend in the back. I went to the Auburn location just 3 days prior and the guy there had no problem using the computer or looking up the correct O ring I needed. Poor customer service and poor training.

  Jim was amazing! He installed my battery on a Sunday evening right before close without batting an eye! Great customer service, highly recommend!
