He easily could have said he didn’t know but opened it, found the battery, replaced it and put it back together. Thank you

For instance they won't order a part without it being paid for so that means you can't make sure it's the right parts. Kinda stupid considering tons of younger car guys don't have a lot of cash as is and it's always shitty ordering the wrong parts.

He was able to help me purchase and swap my battery with the new one. This store is by far the best one in the lacy area.
