First time needing a rental and all the staff I interacted with were very pleasant. Even another customer commented on their excellent customer service. Rental was covered by my insurance. Booking online is easy and quick and the pick up is also always quick and the staff is sincerely friendly and I’ve never had a problem with a car. I highly recommend this outfit for car rentals.

One of our employees came to pick up the vehicle, and in the past, this has never been an issue. Our reservations are always made under the business, our employees are covered under our insurance, and we use a business credit card so expenses can be reimbursed properly through insurance. However, we were told today that they will no longer rent a vehicle under a business name—even if the employee is authorized and insured. Instead, we were asked to change the reservation to the individual’s name, which could prevent us from being reimbursed by insurance. This is extremely frustrating, especially since we’ve been loyal customers for years and have never encountered this problem before. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning.
