  Fixed our bumper up!! We needed some serious help without a full replacement and they delivered. Dropped off one day picked up the next since it was late in the day.

  I'm very pleased with the service we received from Collision Masters in Kirkland. Early last month, the "shark fin" antenna on our new car got dislodged by a collision with a garage door. Collision Masters determined that it had to be replaced, but the part wouldn't be available until this month. Because of the risk of leaks, they taped a cover over it to keep the water out until it could be fixed. When the part arrived, they set to work to replace it. Unfortunately, the accident had bent the bracket the antenna is mounted on, and it appeared that the moonroof through which the antenna is mounted would have to be removed. The auto glass company they consulted with told them that the moonroof couldn't be reinstalled after being removed, requiring a new moonroof. Collision Masters then took the extra effort to repair the mounting bracket with the moonroof in place, saving us several thousand dollars. I appreciate that Collision Masters worked to save us money, even though they probably could have made more money by taking the easier route. Should we need more body work for our car, we'll definitely take it back to Collision Masters in Kirkland.
