  I don’t understand how this place is always closed when I try to get a car wash. I bought a membership a week and a half ago and still can’t use their service. Thinking about canceling and getting a refund. Can’t believe I paid for their monthly plan and I have to go somewhere else.

  Wouldn't recommend it, three cars collided together and they blamed the first driver for it, You belt should've stopped itself when the cars were getting to close. Their manager was like, you should contact your insurance company to file a claim for it, as Quick Quack completely denied it as their responsibility

  This car wash service is totally bulshit. i pay 50/month whenever i went there to get service they are system is down. several times i went there and they have no service, if you cant do it just close the location and cancel the memberships. this is not the right way of doing buiness dud.

  I bought a new car and subscribed to the unlimited car wash membership for about 8 months and just cancelled due to the following reasons: 1. This location does not clean brush strips. The car has many scratches due to abrasive brush strips. I had to pay $800 to get the car professionally serviced to remove some of the scratches. 2. The unlimited monthly price kept increasing without notice. 3. Only 2 out of 6 vacuums work and they are always occupied. Mostly by non members— people just show up and use it. The prices are awfully high. Don’t waste your money and don’t damage your car. Find another place!
