  It is 6:45 am the schedule says 06:30 am and it's still not open a gentleman is sitting inside on the chair ignoring the customers,

  Get fuel here all the time and the new fielders Caden and Lola are absolutely top notch ! Great examples of some young kids with there head on there shoulders and incredibly intelligent Caden never fails to leave me and my team with excellent customer service in a quick and timely manner he’s very well spoken and respectful was definitely raised right ! , and Lola is fairly new so we haven’t had a lot of interaction with her yet but every interaction has been nothing but pleasant and absolutely positive! Great hires onto the Penske team and i see a bright future for both of them !

  I had a very disappointing experience with Penske Truck Rental. I had a confirmed reservation (#12381342) for October 13, 2025, but when I arrived to pick up the truck, I was unexpectedly asked to complete an online identity verification. I promptly uploaded all the required documents, and the system showed the process as complete. However, about ten minutes later, the front desk staff informed me that they would not be able to provide me with the truck. When I asked for an explanation, no clear reason was given. This left me not only without the truck I had reserved, but also without any understanding of why my reservation was rejected. In addition, the behavior of the staff at the reception desk was unprofessional and left me feeling that I was treated unfairly. The experience raised concerns about bias and lack of respect for customers. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I cannot recommend Penske based on how my situation was handled

  On May 11th I made an online reservation with Penske (Kent location) for June 6th 8am for a one way rental to NJ. My reservation was for a 16 ft truck and a car carrier for my 2018 Jeep Compass. In between those dates I received two phone calls from Matt to confirm my reservation. I also called a few days before my reservation to add an extra day (spoke to Matt that day as well). The morning of June 6th the Penske associate Aaron was assisting me. I was informed that my truck and car carrier was not at that location. He called around to a few Penske locations to locate a one way 16 ft truck. I was livid and frustrated because he wanted to send me to another location to pick up the truck, approximately 40 minutes away( I had 12 movers from the local church moving me for free schedule for 9am). I chose that location because it was 10 minutes from my home (keep in mind that there is no car carrier only the truck) what was I supposed to do with my SUV? I’m not from WA nor did I have family there. I requested that someone pickup the truck and bring it to me. He said because of staffing it will be a couple of hours. He offered me a 22 ft truck with a discount as well as apologize. It’s 8:45am by now (keep in mind I was there since 7:55am before opening). I was concerned because of fuel cost. Aaron stated diesel fuel burns slower. Reluctantly and desperate I accepted. He said upon my return the carrier should be there. The guys (movers) were at my home so I left and they had the truck packed by 10am. I arrived back at Penske around 10:30am. Still no car carrier. Aaron called and said it was 5 minutes away. I waited an additional 15 minutes passed the 5 minutes. Again Aaron was apologetic. I haven’t reach my destination yet (8 hours away) but this truck is costly. I factored in the discount difference and I’m way above that in gas cost and tolls. I was unable to take certain routes because of the truck clearance. This has been a huge inconvenience financially. I WILL NEVER rent from Penske again. I made the trip before to WA from GA in 11/2019 using another truck rental company (using a car carrier and 16 ft truck)and I’m already over $500 what I spent last time and I haven’t reach my destination so I’ll spend way more. I will be reporting to BBB because I was called twice to confirm my reservation. I was due out of my place that day (June 6) and Aaron kept suggesting the next day or Monday. Why should I drive around town for their mistake? The truck was in Seattle the car carrier in Tacoma... discount? Which was spent in gas and tolls. The 3rd time we stopped was all the “discount funds” I went over what I put aside for gas had it been the 16 ft truck...I’m not blaming the associate Aaron and I appreciate the discount but it was a major inconvenience especially the route I was forced to take. You failed for this Penske this was my first and last time using you guys.. I’ll keep you updated on my rental return.
