She always tells me of her experiences when she does this because as a former jiffy lube general manager myself she has been coming to jiffy for a long time and her experiences in my stores were always great, as well as other stores she has been to in the area. Now, as she tells me the story of this experience I have to wonder what kind of people are working at this location and/or managing it. Employees walking around the floor cussing where guests can hear while they're in their car, and making a mess of the passenger side foorboards while checking the cabin air filter and not cleaning it up as in putting things BACK in the glovebox after putting the filter back in. These actions put her off as far as trusting YOUR employees and I will have to go double check everything YOU did. YOUR team needs to step up their customer service game or my next step will be getting hold of YOUR RVP Mr. Caywood. Have a nice day
