- TMTyler Mayfield4 days ago1.0I understand you have “memberships” available but when the person comes to my window and the first thing they say is “Which membership would you like” that’s a lot presumptuous but that’s what she said. My response was simple and polite, I asked her to stop with the membership I didn’t want one, and told her I simply wanted a single car wash letting her know which one. She then proceeded to give me the spill about the benefits of a “membership” followed by asking me if i wanted one which I had already told her I did not. Today was my first and last visit to this place. I hate pushy people that try to upsell even after theyve been told no thank you. To me it’s worth the extra drive to go somewhere else or do it myself.

They don’t even have complimentary towels to dry your car and limited vacuums/parking spots to clean out your car after. It was my first time trying Quick Quack and they immediately tried to sell me on a membership. Highly disappointed in the quality for the price paid. Will be going back to my usual car wash.
