- DMDamian MargullisDec 22, 20251.0I only rented a car from enterprise because that's who my insurance goes through for vehicle rentals after I was rear ended in a car accident. I had my rental for over a month because my car ended up being totaled. My insurance covered most of the payment, but I was left with paying $600 out of pocket for a rental car i never even wanted in the first place. Also the rental car I was given wreaked heavily of marijuana. When I called and told them about it, they did not offer to have me come down and switch out the vehicle for anything else. Very disappointed with my experience with enterprise, and unfortunately this is not the first bad experience I've had with this company. I will not be using enterprise for vehicle rentals in the future.
