I even have had great service at this location on 5231 West Okanogan Place Kennewick, WA! I came here today at 10:55 AM today 04/03/2026. I don’t know her but not only was she a pro, but she stayed focused on what she was doing (not on her phone like most people). She was smiling the entire time! It was genuine kindness and professionalism! I know most won’t get this but that a lost art in this day and age! If I had a business I would hire her on the spot, not because of whatever knowledge she may have, it was the attitude and natural professionalism she did it with! This is the type of person who is not going to tarnish your business reputation! I hope the appropriate people find this review and realize what they have in her! Take care of her because others are gonna see the same thing I did and offer her a better position with better pay. Well done young lady! You floored me!
