They are the only ones to change the oil on my Jasper engine that comes with new oil pan and only has approximately 40 thousand miles on new engine. Not enough time for ware. That leaves Tear. Had the incident documented with them. Knew something was wrong and was correct when I hired a company to check it. Yet they have nothing to offer but excuses. New Pan $1400. That’s my experience after being a faithful customer for years. Big biz running over the little guy.

He was also very conversational asking me how my day was very good customer service skills. They were fast efficient I was able to get out of there and on the road to where I was going in no time. Great experience. I recommend Valvoline to everybody anytime I have somebody that says they need oil change.
