  I take my car to this shop Tuesday and I get it by Friday I got a new bumper good service my car is super clean the people who help me were really nice specially Lilly Vargas and Samantha I recommended this shop.☺️

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gerber Collision did an incredible job! From start to finish, the communication was top-notch. I received automated updates at every step, followed by personal follow-ups from their team with clear details, so I was never left wondering what was happening. Even though this was a small repair, they treated me like I was their only customer and made me feel like my car mattered just as much as a million-dollar job. The end result? My car honestly looks better than before. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, took extra care with my “baby,” worked directly with the insurance company, and patiently answered all of my questions along the way. If you’re looking for a shop that delivers quality work, excellent communication, and genuinely cares, I highly recommend them.

  The Gerber estimator tried to deny repairs to part of the damages that were clearly caused by the collision. Why he thought denying repairs was his role is beyond me, but it put an unnecessary hurdle in my insurance claim. I suspect he was trying to keep costs below the total loss threshold so he wouldn't lose the business from making the repairs. Honestly I wouldn't risk getting an estimate here.

  Have had Gerber do a couple auto repairs, and they have always done great work. My point of contact this go around was Lily Vargas. She was amazing in keeping me up to speed with what was happening. She was quick to find answers if she didn’t have one. Definitely recommend the Kennewick Gerber!

  I had a major repair job after a serious accident with airbags deployed and heavy body damage. Gerber Collision handled the repair from start to finish and kept me updated every step of the way for more than a month. I never had to chase them down for information. Jerry always reached out with status updates, timelines, and clear explanations. The final result is perfect. There is no trace that the accident ever happened. No rattles, no alignment issues, nothing at all. The truck drives exactly like it did before. The workmanship and communication were outstanding. Jerry and the team did an exceptional job and I highly recommend them.
