- NNNikkiNov 21, 20251.0first, waited in line until i had to ask if it was the right place. i had already paid for the reservation, never had any issues prior. it was a stressful struggle. Moving is never usually fun, so that being said, to walk 5 miles there, was ok, but to then be refused a vehicle cuz of something on my license, (that wasnât even in affect), to just be told âunfortunately i wonât be able to rent to youâ. i left in tears. as i am confused. i ended up walking the 5 miles back. i was in disbelief. ENTERPRISE failed majorly. charles treated me so poorly. i have rented vehicles from here for over 20 years. i canât believe this happened. donât waste your money and time
