The cashier was really nice and attentive, they were able to answer my questions quickly. They also helped me with my battery and now my car is better than ever, and Armando was the one who helped with the battery! They are very nice welcoming people and are there to help you get your car the best parts. Thanks :)

The store on 4th was nice, the staff member who helped me was rude and unprofessional, I tried to swap a part under warranty because it was faulty that I had bought the day before. And the staff member wouldn't even talk to me about it, kept asking what do you want. Wasn't helpful at all. Definitely won't go back to that one unless I have to and even then I might have it shipped to a different one to avoid that store

Bought 4 rotors and 4 break pads from the auto zone down the street, they had put my truck info in and I bought the break pads before getting sent to this autozone. Before leaving they verified they had the rotors I needed and I went to pick them up at this one and it went smoothly, started working on my truck and what do you know. The ones they sold me didn’t fit highly upset, went back got them replace and came home just to check the pads and what do you know the break pads didn’t fit, went back again for the correct ones. Lucky had an extra car to do this big waste of time. I blame myself for not verifying and looking in the box. I don’t blame these guys they are only trained to read a number off in their systems, they are not trained to have an idea how mechanics work at all only the bare minimum and just type in the info and see what matches. Do yourself a solid and just check the inside of the box’s you order the picture might match but the actual product might be different. They did give me a discount on everything but I can’t get my 1 day off a week time back, 2 hour job turned into 4. Totally preventable. CHECK YOURSELF AND VERIFY.
