People talking to humans with respect, great phone etiquette, compared to other locations, and on numerous occasions, I have heard about people treating their elderly customers kindly. That’s enough for me to come give them my service.

No upsell nonsense, no attitude—just solid, professional service and basic human decency, which goes a long way these days.
