  Feb 2020 I bought a brand new Loredo. My buying experience was ok. Of course really felt screwed over on trade. I have had nothing but problems with the travel trailer. I hired a company to come to me for inspections and servicing of RV. First one, they showed me pictures of 6 areas on the roof and slide out that had never been sealed. I never received a response from Uneek on this and Fleetwood kept telling me that's routine maintenance???? Garbage can pull out broke, formica pealing and coming off counter and sink area, closet door broke. No one will help with repairs. To top things off heating system went out after a year and a half. Again, no one will help. Dometics told me since I did not replace with the same furnace they will not help. Why would I purchase the same furnace? Fleetwood basically said it is not their problem. I sent a message to RV Country to see about help with all these problems and received two phone calls and two text messages asking " what kind of RV did I have in mind" they do not even read the messages. Really feel once a sale is made " no one" will help with problems.

  As a first time travel trailer buyer we felt welcomed and well informed of our choices for our tow vehicle and needs. Trent was helpful with answers to our many questions and patient with our 'newbee' lack of knowledge. We are very pleased with our choice and his help. In addition Brian (Bubba) our 'teacher' about the functions of our new trailer was great as was the staff in the parts department in helping with the needed additional items for us to have fun and safe travels. Julie was also patient with our questions on all the paperwork. Last a big THANKS to the service staff for their work on our vehicle to get it 'up to speed' for safe towing of our new trailer. They took the time to do it all correctly and double checked to make sure that we are safe in our travels and very patient with quick reactions to us changing or adding as we learned more from the parts staff. Overall a great experience to begin our adventures in our new travel trailer, thanks to the team at U-Neek.
