  Issaquah location of Enterprise has always been great. Employees are pleasant and go above and beyond to accommodate customers. Very busy and they do sometines run out of cars. Always best to make a reservation.

  UPDATE: I contacted Enterprise customer service this morning through the link they provided, as they requested in their reply, and 2 different reps ended the chat in the middle of our conversation, WITHOUT A RESOLUTION. Why even respond to the review if y'all really don't care about your customers?! Veronica and Lisa both should be retrained (or just fired). I would love to give more stars but the inconsistency in how the reps do things here is very frustrating. You get one rep who makes your whole experience seamless, almost enjoyable even, never having an issue for MONTHS, and then you get another rep who seems to go out of their way to make things difficult and charge you more than you should be charged. Renting daily should mean we get that day's rate, and making us come in to start a whole new reservation everyday (including a whole new $200 deposit) is absolutely ridiculous! If I rented for a month I could understand the price being locked in for 30 days but renting daily should mean I get that days rate, higher or lower. So because I don't have $200 for another deposit I get to continue to pay twice as much for the same car. Total BS. Do better by your customers.

  The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. The staff who worked with us both at check-in and check-out were stellar. They were personable and did their job well. The car was excellent, and I couldn't have been happier. Please make sure to praise the staff in Issaquah, WA. They were great.

  Love the Enterprise in Issaquah, my go to car rental source. They are courteous, professional and love the pick up and drop off service!
