- JQJon Q.3 days ago2.0Got an oil change with full synthetic and they put the sticker on my car to say change again in 3-months or 3000 miles. If you know cars this is totally wrong and inaccurate for any vehicle today. I called and told them every manufacturer and dealer in the industry recommends 7500-10,000 miles for full synthetic oil changes. And most unstructured will last at least 6-months but many shops say a year is ok. At the very least I might see every 5000 miles or 6 months. The person at Valvoline said it was company policy because the company requires them to match all owners manuals. This is BS! Sounds like a scam to get more money by frequent unnecessary oil changes. I called you out Valvoline for bad business practice and challenge you to change this now. Anything less would be dishonest.

Such nice technicians, a convivial atmosphere among the staff who seem to like and respect each other and coupons on their website to book. Got there around 1pm with each bay full plus another car in each line and was still out of there in ~30m.
- PRPaul RoederJan 3, 20261.0The tech did not reinstall my air cleaner cover properly and when I went back to have it fixed the manager put the cover back on correctly and looked at the vehicle and offered to go through the process to get a discount on the oil change. Which have not recived. So wasted 2 hours of my day between oil change and returning and have nothing but 2 hours of lost time to show for it and a poorly done oil change that I'm not completely convinced was done correctly. In all honesty I don't have the issue with things going wrong it's how poorly it was resolved if you're going to offer a discount or a refund for poor service then follow through with it. I would never recommend this place I do not know how it has such a high rating it's obviously from people who do not go look at their cars after the work is done. So no I would not recommend anybody go to this place because if it doesn't work out or something is wrong they do not work to make it right and that is the difference between a good customer experience and a bad one. It's easy when everything is good the difference is when things don't work out and you make it right and this shop failed at that. I've given it three or four days before posting this to get something back from the company a refund or something at least a responsee and nothing has come. So here is my experience, beware and check your vehicle out after any service here.

He is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. During the overall inspection, he uncovered a brake light failure. Dominique did a wonderful changing the oil, and thoroughly checking my car for optimal safety. While she worked on that, Drake noticed that the brake lights for my vehicle were not in-stock. He shared that information with Jeff, the manager at this location. Jeff kindly offered to go buy them at a store nearby. Within less than 10 minutes, he was back with both lights. Two later, the new lightbulbs were set in place, and I was off to celebrate New Year's Eve! Thank you guys for making this last minute stop such a pleasant and memorable experience.
