  Honesty. The technician caught his mistake and informed about thus significantly reducing my overall bill. Precision. I was able to take my long road trip with confidence because I was extremely impressed with the TEAM calling out all checklist items out loud. Really awesome and they demonstrated pride in their work.

  Good job! I was guided to the approximate shortest line and tended to immediately. Chris began the process as soon as I pulled my car into the bay, and he is always friendly, courteous, informative, helpful, and professional. Drake concluded the service and handled all swiftly, courteously, and professionally. I appreciate the service.

  Went in for an oil change on my Volvo. Scheduling was fine, but the service itself took much longer than expected. They struggled trying to put the plate back on and said it wasn’t a “standard” plate for them. After it was done, I noticed a rattling sound. I drove around the block and came back — they said everything looked good. Drove home and could still hear the rattle. I checked underneath myself and found they missed putting in two screws. One had already fallen off and the other was barely hanging on. Now I have to figure out how to buy a replacement screw and install it myself. They might be used to standard cars, but if you drive a “European” car (their word, not mine), don’t go to this place.

  It's rare I write a review, but Jeff the manager did such a great job, I needed give him a thank you. I rolled in early morning just after opening and the lights were off but I stopped in anyway. The pit had flooded from the massive rains we had just had, and the store was getting cleaned up. Jeff came out and explained the situation, and after hearing what I wanted (trans flush) he said he could do from where I was parked. I had taken the day off of work so getting it done that day was important to me. Jeff got me out of there in less than an hour and explained the process throughly. Thank you for doing such a good job.

  The team at your Issaquah, WA location are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They all seem happy, smile and say hello and make bringing my car in for an oil change a pleasant, easy task. They are great about checking in if there is more than one car ahead of me, to let me know about how long it will be and get things like my light and tire check done ahead of time. I truly appreciate the service Valvoline provides! Thank you for hiring great people and training them to create a positive environment for your customers! This is a rare thing these days. You are doing many things right! Many businesses could learn from you!
