- MKMichael. J. Kellartoday1.0No visit. They were recommended by another shop. What kind of shop asks a customer to buy parts because "YOU" can't get them???? Saved myself over $4,000 finding a shop that is honest . Obviously NOT this shop.
- TTTravis2 days ago5.0These guys are hands down the best!! Charles has saved me multiple times in the past 6 months. I made the mistake of trusting another shop to do drive line and differential work on my F-350 and boy did they mess it up, but Charles and the guys at A-Z Transmission saved the day and got me in and out in under two days on three separate occasions. If you want the best and not get overcharged go see the guys at A-Z in granite falls!!
- KEKeaton EllisMar 25, 20261.0I went here for a transmission fluid drain and fill. When picked up I was told. It shifts really hard into reverse now. “50k mile Toyota Tacoma” went home didn’t think much of it went tot work the next day and realized they rolled the gasket on the transmission pan leaking 60-70% of fluid out. Took it back for them to fix it which they did and when I asked for them to cover the cost to have Toyota look at it they said that running it that low on transmission fluid wouldn’t hurt it….. long story short I had to spend another 600 to get the job done right plus the 3 times I had to go back to them leaving work early and all the Ubers I had to get due to there incompetence. I got 0 refund and my truck drives like absolute shit now. DO NOT take any vehicle to this place. Not to mention they didn’t know there was a fill plug so they filled it from the drain plug and with the wrong fluid at that.
