They actually check everything and are incredibly helpful without being uncomfortably pushy about additional services. Never had a bad experience here. Wait times, if there are any, are also very reasonable.

I just went and had my oil changed not to long ago, and I can't say enough how nice the manager and her team were here at this Graham location! Her and her whole team were super professional! I was having issues remembering what weight oil my car took.....pregnancy brain, and the manager was so quick to help me! She even popped my hood for me cause the baby belly was making it hard to reach it! She was super in the know about what my car needed and how to reset my service alarm in my car! They explained to me everything they were doing and made the whole process super easy! I'll def be going back and recommending this place to my friends and family!

The whole team was very professional and super nice....the reason Im writing this review is to specifically rave about the manager......she was super knowledgeable about my car and she made sure I was in and our quick! All in all I was pretty impressed! Def be going back to this location for all my future oil changes!

There are questions I wasn’t sure of and they were patient and explained things so I could make an informed decision without making me feel stupid. Went above and beyond with the service I received. Not just one employee but three different people made me feel comfortable.
