  I don't know what has happened here, but the service went from great to horrible and making me scratch my head. For context, in the past I have stopped here for air checks as since my air pump died a horrendous death, I haven't been able to replace it, but air checks here are free and the service in the past has always been amazing for that. Today I stopped in and I asked for the usual I get which is 38 because it is winter and anything less equals a flat tire. However I barely heard either machine go off then the one tech working on the passenger side said that the machine was reading 64 PSI. That is IMPOSSIBLE. I have a 99 Honda Accord with R15 195/65 tires. The max those tires can go without imploding is 48. I know it was shown in my auto mechanics course for steering, tires, and suspension. Then the one tech offered to "let out air" using his own tire pressure gauge and claimed he fixed it to 30 but barely let any air out at all according to my friend who was in the passenger seat watching him. I get it is a free service, I appreciate it, but I am not in the mood to be yanked around and lied to either because I had another errand not long after and none of my tires had been touched. They were all still low. Go someplace else if you want good service. This place has lost theirs.
