  Waited in line for 30 minutes then a couple of guys in big trucks came along and cut in front of us when we were waiting to see which line would move first. It happened TWICE. It would be nice if staff would direct cars just a little so the people who have been waiting the longest got served first. Ended up leaving.

  Ok I didn’t expect exceptional service out in a small town but I got it. It was the lunch rush that people use to get their vehicle serviced. I was in and out no time at all. The staff very professional and courteous.

  The team is fantastic! Helps explains the needs of my vehicle and why. They don’t pressure patrons to get everything. I asked for a list of recommended things to do next and asked which ones were priority based on their experience and they detailed which I needed first and which ones could be done later. I appreciated that they didn’t choose the most expensive services as “recommended” so that really helps budgeting as I was able to do a few things I neglected last visits because of how honest they were. I wish I could remember names. A cool idea for recognition for the team would be helpful on receipts to have “served by” so they get recognition when reviews are made :) awesome team!
