  Everyone was incredibly helpful, they let me borrow tools to replace the clamp on my radiator hose. LuLu showed me where i could find them and helped me pick out the perfect clamp. Thank you guys!

  The young lady at the counter was very helpful! Other customers were being helped and I was the only one in the line at the time. She came from the back to help me right away and was very nice!

  I frequent this location periodically on this day the store clerk could be heard cussing and swearing on the phone to obviously another AutoZone employee at another location. Meanwhile, there was a line of customers waiting for assistance. There was also a family with children’s present. This did not deter the store clerk from continuing his conversation on the phone using obscenities at will. I walked out.

  Customer service and self-awareness are nonexistent. The only employee stationed near the register was on the store phone, speaking loudly and repeatedly dropping F-bombs while talking about weed and women. Three customers were standing there waiting to check out the entire time. The worst part? There were small children in the store who could clearly hear the conversation. Completely unprofessional, zero situational awareness, and no respect for customers.
