  Had a great experience at this valvoline. Sergio Joey and the other guys were all super personable. They did an oil and filter change and were expedient about it. We have one place closer to us but we chose to come here and are happy we did. Very satisfied and will be coming back.

  I was treated excellent and got a great price! The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. They were out of oil filters for my car and sent me a Autozone down the street to buy one vs me having to drive to Lake Stevens. They did what they could to reimburse me for the oil filter, but the software wouldn't allow them to. All in all, I still got a great deal, I felt safe and comfortable there. I highly recommend.

  Joey took care of me. The coupon online that was dated to expire April 10 wouldn't process. He explained and we made it work. Jayden was very polite when he needed to ask me to reposition my car. And Alexander was ver efficient in checking all of the extras. Best quick oil change I've got in a while! Easy way to get it taken care of before work. I felt bad being in my car because it was freezing this morning. Wish I had some hand warmers for them. The bay is not heated at all :(

  Joey was great! Let me know my battery was low & quoted me a new one. He even looked up how to reset my service light & even offered to look up a YouTube video about replacing my side mirror that’s cracked when I asked him for advice. Went above & beyond, great guy.

  Praise to Austin for helping my son and I get an oil change! This is the kindest and most helpful Valvoljne I’ve been to, not to mention how efficient and quick with care they are with the services. Thank you!
