  My partners frequents this car wash and I just stopped by for the first time after purchasing my ‘new to me’ car a few months ago. Sadly my right passenger mirror cover got knocked off and about an hour later I noticed and called. They had it set aside for me and were super great and helpful! Brandy was amazing and informative about even my cars mirror type. I will be back, thanks for everything!

  Awesome experience. Stopped there yesterday ( along with everyone else in Everett, lol) was a short wait... first time here. Usually go to Brown Bear but decided to try it because it's closer... I have a new car wash! The girl, Brandy at the window was great. Very cheerful and when I got a little nervous because I couldn't see the tracks over my hood, she guided me right through it, smiling the whole time. I thanked her at the vacuums for making me feel comfortable and she assured me it was her pleasure. I'll probably get the monthly package after that. It's rare you find people that truly love their job and put themselves into it but go see Brandy at Tommy's and you will. 5 stars

  Tommy’s is right down the street from my house…so I canceled my Brown Bear membership and signed-up for the monthly The Works membership. This place is hella nice (as somebody who has only frequented Brown Bears, living in the greater Seattle area). The staff who set me up was named AB. He was extremely helpful, and just a nice guy. He showed me how to use the floor mat washer, next to the vacuums - which blew my mind. Great staff, great quality…I’m super happy it’s so close to me, as I will definitely be getting the most out of my unlimited washes membership. Thanks, AB!

  Honestly, not what the hype is truly about. The workers come out and force feed you to leave a good review like they're on commission, no loading to the belt, seemed super irritated for me to just be there, but then weirdly forceful to sign me up. Not to mention, having to wait a stupid long time in line. Had to get a rewash, still left dirt and grime on places OTHER washes hit. For how much money a Works wash is, I wouldn't even bother. Do what you want, im taking my business elsewhere. This place is literally ran by children, who's just starting their first job. Good luck.

  Gonna start off with saying PT was an amazing help today! Went in for a quick wash with a coupon, the man at the window was very courteous and let us know about the 30 day trial. We tried it out and signed up. Right after the wash we used the free vacuums and there was two so my partner and I went at it together. When we had an issue with the mats an employee helped us with the free mat cleaning machine, shout out PT for not making us feel dumb for getting the mats stuck. It was member appreciation day so we got a free cloth, window cleaning kit, and doughnut! Apparently they do it once a month and we got lucky today. PT came to check in on us a lot and even knew my partners name because they used their comms to let each other know to check in on their customers creating a great welcoming environment. Overall great experience, amazing costumer care, and service. PT is great!! :)
